Fayda Zakaria, MD

Dr. Zakaria has over 20 years of experience as a family practice provider and is associated with Corewell Health. She completed her residency in Family medicine at Oakwood hospital. She has clinical expertise in chronic condition management, geriatrics, and acute care.

Donna Demott PA-C

Donna graduated from the college of Kinesiology at the University of Michigan Ann Arbor with a bachelors in Movement Science and supplemental study in Public Health. She graduated from Eastern Michigan University with her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies. She is passionate about healthy lifestyle promotion working in conjunction with medication.
